If you hold footage, first-hand information, or other evidence relating to the incident, start with the private submission form. Your written account and any contact details you give there are encrypted, and the form shows you a reference code once you submit.
Files cannot be attached to the form yet. Send documents, photos or video to fatepanda123@gmail.com with that reference code, so the two can be matched up, and send original files rather than re-edited or recompressed copies. Ordinary email is less private than the form, so send only what you are comfortable sending that way.
